Any country in the world has especial food or traditional food. In the past, people were working to make their food by themselves, but now they are enjoying eating food from restraint. African food is one of the best kind of food in the world. Most countries in the world have African restraint because people love to eat it. So, there are many kind of African food such as Ugali, Rice with Goat.  

Ugali is kind of African food which people love it, especially Tanzanian people. People in Tanzania eat it in noon and night. However, people in there get rice and beans or chicken once a week. Also, they eat Spinach, carrots, potatoes. So, the sweet food for them is bananas from their trees. In the morning, they like to get chai (tea) with milk which they made it by themselves. The children in school line up to get Ugali. In their wadding, each one after the harvest brings a boiled sweet of potatoes and rice with goat meat.

Many African people love to be a framer because they made their food when they work as farmers. Also, they are tending cattle, goats, sheep, and pigs. Moreover, there are still many African people who likes hunting prepare their food from hunting. Additionally, they use their cattle to get not only meat but also milk. So, they made their food from their harvests. They have especial drink for morning which is chai (tea) and especial food for noon and night such as porridge, rice, and meat.

African food is healthy food Many research said that. There are many kind of African food but the best meal is rice with meat. However, If African people have party they always cook rice with meat and many kind of sweet food. After that, they made African tea which is help the person to digest the food.

All in all, Ugali, Rice with Goat , and chai are kind of African food. So, African people have timetable for their food. For example, they eat Ugali in noon and night. Moreover, they love to eat rice with goat especial in their celebrations. Many African people work as farmer because the wade their food by themselves.
